Digital output module DIM71901-C1 FAPI.421459.719-01

The module is designed for switching loads on the plus wire of the field supply at a field supply voltage of 24 V DC. It has eight discrete output channels with a maximum load current of 0.5 A and short-circuit protection. Automatic temperature monitoring of each power switch is performed to detect short circuits or excessive load current in the output circuit.

Four channels can be used to generate a PWM signal with a repetition rate of up to 1000 Hz, a minimum pulse (half-wave) duration of 400 µs and a binary sampling weight of 50 µs for half-wave sampling, which can be set when parameterising the module. 8 LED indicators are used to display the logic state of each channel.
