Designed for the determination of wheat vitreousness and flour whiteness by digital image analysis. It is a device that combines in one case 2 devices - electronic diaphanoscope, designed to determine the vitreousness of wheat and whiteness meter, designed to determine the whiteness of flour. The principle of operation of the electronic diaphanoscope YANTAR-BLIK is to assess quality indicators (whiteness or vitreousness) from the image obtained with the help of a digital camera. The values of quality indicators are calculated by software-implemented algorithms using special calibration equations.
