Diffusion high-vacuum pump ND-400 is designed for pumping out of hermetic volumes of air, gases, vapours and vapour-gas mixtures, which are not aggressive to materials of construction and working fluid of the pump and do not contain dripping moisture and mechanical contaminants. The ND-400 diffusion high-vacuum pump is used in conjunction with a forevacuum pump, the speed of action of the forevacuum pump is not less than 101m3/h.
