"The instrument is designed for measurement of phase wander (Wander) and jitter (Jitter) of clock and digital signals in the equipment and systems of clock network synchronisation (TSS) in digital communication networks.The instrument provides measurement of the WVI value during the sampling interval from 0,005s to the set time multiple of 0,005s, it is designed for continuous round-the-clock operation. The minimum dynamic range of measurement of OVI in accordance with OST 45.134-99 is not less than 1109 ns. The device provides the calculation of DOMI on the observation interval from 0,005s to 7 days and DWI on the observation interval from 0,005s to 14 hours.
