DELTA H311.02 is a combined antenna, which in a single structure combines two antennas: one - a range symmetrical vibrator of the metre wave range and the second - a broadband logoperiodic antenna of the decimetre wave range.

It is designed to receive signals with horizontal polarisation of analogue and digital television broadcasting on television receivers and differ in the absence or presence of a compensating amplifier..
