Description

Cyclones unloaders type ??? are used as a device for air purification and capture of medium-sized dust in pneumatic conveying systems and in aspiration installations of grain cleaning departments of mills. The name of cyclone ??? is deciphered: ?? - cyclone discharger, ? - short.
Scope of application of cyclones CRk:
The specified type of cyclones is recommended for application at grain processing enterprises, woodworking enterprises, etc. It should be noted that cyclones CR are not designed for air cleaning from sticky and fibrous dusts.
Cyclones of the CRk type have the ratio of the height of the cylindrical part of the cyclone to the conical part equal to approximately one. The cyclone has a tangential swirler. The cyclone design includes a screw in which a guide vane rotates, which fulfils the role of a regulating mechanism. The vane is fixed at a certain angle by means of a handle.
This design of the equipment prevents particles from being carried away, and the angle of the flow velocity inlet to the mechanism body is adjusted depending on the density and characteristics of the dust in the clean air. Directly, with the help of a vane it is possible to clean the inner part of the housing from the adhered dust.
Cyclones ??? are manufactured both left and right versions.
