The gases pass through the veil of atomised liquid, dust particles are captured by the liquid droplets and precipitated, and the cleaned gases are removed from the apparatus through the breathing tube. The scrubber then operates on recycled water.
As the water is enriched with sludge it is necessary to rinse the scrubber body, for this purpose there are drain and rinse connections.
