Air-Scrubber for Steam-Aeration Cleaning Equipment

This technological equipment is designed to purify the air-vapour mixture passing through the dryer from small inclusions, as well as vapour deposition. By smothering the air-vapour mixture, unpleasant odour and the possibility of fine particles being carried away are reduced. Chlorine water can be used as a circulating medium to disinfect the precipitated particles.

The scrubber casing is filled with irrigation liquid (water, chlorine 2% water with temperature up to 60°C), switching on the pump promotes water supply to the irrigation nozzle located in the upper part of the inlet pipe. The spray of the irrigation liquid is organised by the movement of gases through the inlet pipe. The gases pass through the veil of atomised liquid, dust particles are captured by the liquid droplets and precipitated, and the cleaned gases are removed from the apparatus through the breathing tube.
