Description
Couplers for crossbars of EMC type are designed to ensure the safety of train traffic and to pass the traction current at DC and AC electric traction on the crossbars of switches.
The couplers serve as elements of the reverse traction rail network and provide continuity of the circuit for the channelisation of traction currents, electric heating currents within the feeder zone and stable supply of electric power to the rolling electric transport; functioning of signalling and ALS rail circuits.
