Description

Upper limb prostheses, designed for prosthetics for people of all age and sex groups with disabilities caused by unilateral or bilateral amputation defects. Cosmetic prostheses are prostheses that correspond to the shape of the natural limb in appearance. They compensate for the cosmetic defect of the missing limb, giving it an anthropomorphic shape, and can be used for limited use only for clamping and supporting objects. They are prescribed for patients following amputation at the level of the shoulder. Consists of a custom-made receiving sleeve, an artificial elbow, and a cosmetic hand
