CNC Turning Centre Model 1740-1

The CNC lathe machining centre 1740-1 is designed for complex machining of parts of the body of rotation type. Processing accuracy is ensured by the machine design (high-precision bearings, rolling guides, active measuring systems of tool control, rigidity and vibration resistance of basic body parts, thermo-symmetric structures, etc.). Full machining of a part in one set-up eliminates basing errors that occur in traditional technology.

Concentration of operations on one machine allows to achieve significant savings due to the refusal to manufacture special tooling for workpiece basing at adjacent operations. It is possible to perform the following operations on the machine in one installation: external turning of cylindrical and shaped surfaces; boring, drilling, reaming of holes coaxial to the spindle axis, as well as radial, tangential and angled; threading in holes, milling. Accuracy class P according to GOST8-82.
