Description
- Machine tool CA800C20F4 is designed for turning in the chuck and centres of parts with straight, stepped and curved profile.
- The range of spindle speed control allows machining of products from both conventional ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloy steels
- The rigid solid cast iron bed, artificially aged to relieve internal stresses, guarantees long-term stability of the machine's geometric accuracy.
- Wide prismatic and flat slideways, hardened to a depth of 1.5-2 mm to a hardness of 52HRC and ground, ensure high durability.
- The surfaces of the travelling units (carriage, tailstock) are scaled and coated with a special anti-friction coating for minimum wear and friction-free travelling.
- All-metal spindle is assembled on high-precision angular-contact bearings (one twin in front and one in the rear) with reduced runout in axial and radial direction even under heavy cutting conditions.
