Liquid chromatographs "Stayer M" are designed to identify and measure the content of a wide range of inorganic and organic substances in various objects by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC, HPLC), including the determination of micro quantities of substances.
The principle of action of chromatographs is based on separation of the analysed sample on the chromatographic column in isocratic or gradient modes of elution and subsequent measurement of the content of sample components of different types of detectors: - spectrophotometric (type UVV-105.XX); - fluorimetric (type DFL-203.XX); - refractometric (type REF-105.XX); - conductometric (type CDD-520.XX); - amperometric (electrochemical) (type AD-410.XX); - low-temperature evaporative light-scattering detector (type LT-ELSD S.E.D.E.X (XX)); - diode-matrix (type DAD-101.XX); - mass-spectrometric (type DMS 200.XX, DMS 300.XX, DMS 400.XX).
