Cadmium telluride for thin layer optics, TU 2613-039-48591565-2014 is a black coloured tablet with size 12-25*5-15 mm with density 6,0-6,2 g/cm3. Chemical formula CdTe. Transparency area: 0.9-15 µm.

Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885. Packing group III, IV, V.
