A power amplifier with built-in up-converter (BUC) of outdoor design, made on GaAs technology. It is designed to operate as part of fixed, mobile or portable satellite terminals. The device is equipped with a power supply unit, heterodyne with FAPF (phase frequency autotuning), mixer, filter and cooling system.
