Block Pump Station for Water Injection - SPPD Model for Oil Field Pressure Maintenance

The block pumping station (SPPD) is designed for water injection into product formations in reservoir pressure maintenance systems of oil fields. SPPD are one or several block modules of full factory readiness and include mounted and connected pumping equipment, shut-off valves, process pipelines, automated control system and other auxiliary equipment. The stations are delivered to the site ready for connection to process lines and utilities, which significantly reduces the time required to commission the equipment.

The number of block modules depends on the SPPD capacity, the number of pumps and the composition of process equipment. SPPD is equipped with centrifugal multi-section or plunger pump units depending on the required performance.
