Description

Submersible centrifugal pumps manufactured by JSC "BENZ" (ECNB) are designed for operation as part of a unit for pumping formation fluid (mixture of oil, associated water and gas) from oil wells. It is also possible to use ESPNB pumps in reservoir pressure maintenance systems. Wide nomenclature of pumps allows to select equipment for different operating conditions

Specifications

Sections

The pump sections are available in various lengths to ensure optimum pump head to any well. The sections are fitted with radial supports (intermediate bearings) to ensure long term reliable operation of the pump. pcs

Material

Application of high quality materials and variety of constructional designs allows to manufacture and supply pumps with a high degree of resistance to corrosion, abrasive wear and high temperatures upon Customer's request. pcs

Working bodies

Depending on operating conditions, impellers and guide apparatuses can be made of cerium-boron cast iron CH03C01B or high-alloyed Ni-resist cast iron CHN16D7GCSH. Cerium boride cast iron SCh03C01B is used for pumps of common type. pcs

Shafts

High-precision pump shafts are made of high-strength stainless steels. On customer's request pump shafts can be made of K-monel alloy. Depending on the transmitted power, the splined ends of the shafts are manufactured in straight-ended versions. pcs
