Bitumen Emulsion Preparation Unit Bastion EU-3 for Efficient Production

The Bastion EU-3 bitumen emulsion preparation unit is designed to meet the high requirements of modern emulsion technology. The equipment provides greater flexibility of the production phase and works in the cyclic type of material production. At the same time the unit of the EU-3 range is designed and manufactured in such a way that after slight modification at the customer's request they can be transferred to continuous type of operation. The unit allows to produce the following types of emulsion: - bitumen emulsion for priming; <ul> <li>- bitumen emulsion for patching;</li> <li>bitumen emulsion for unmodified surface treatment;</li> <li>bitumen emulsion for modified surface treatment;</li> <li>bitumen emulsion for preparation of emulsion-mineral mixtures.</li> </ul>
