The MMT E24 kit is designed to determine the biochemical activity of Enterobacteriaceae isolated during bacteriological analysis and their identification to species. The identification of Enterobacteriaceae using the MMT E24 kit is based on the determination of the enzyme systems of these microorganisms that act on the corresponding substrates. The MMT E24 kit allows to determine the following biochemical properties of Enterobacteriaceae: presence of urease, indole formation, presence of lysine decarboxylase, utilisation of mannitol, sodium citrate, sucrose, inositol, presence of phenylalanine deaminase, formation of hydrogen sulphide, presence of arginine dihydrolase, ornithine decarboxylase, utilisation of lactose, sodium malonate, sorbitol, dulcite, maltose, presence of ?-galactosidase, utilisation of arabinose, rhamnose, adonite, raffinose, salicin, glucose, presence of nitrate reductase. Shelf life - 12 months. Warranty period - during the entire shelf life established by the manufacturer.
