Reagent for preparation of blood stabiliser Sodium

Designed to obtain 0.109M solution of tri-substituted sodium citrate used for stabilising venous blood in coagulological tests. Kit composition:Sodium citrate, 1.05 - 1.15 M solution (10 ml/fl.) - 6 vials. Number of determinations in 1 set: 600 tubes with venous blood volume of 10 ml at a reagent consumption of 1 ml per tube or 1200 tubes with venous blood volume of 5 ml at a reagent consumption of 0.5 ml per tube.
