Belt Feeder PL - Ideal for Transporting and Dosing Solid Materials

Belt feeders are designed for transporting to the distance required by the customer with uniform regulated feeding and dosing of various solid materials, including those prone to sticking and smearing. Belt feeders are permanently installed under the raw material hopper (mainly above the mill or dryer). The feeders are manufactured in closed (gas-tight) version and are designed for operation under vacuum or under pressure.

The body of the feeder is hermetically sealed, which excludes cold air suction into the dust preparation system. Besides, PL can be designed and manufactured in explosion-proof version. At the customer's request feeders can be manufactured in open version for raw materials and other explosion-proof bulk materials.

On customer's request, PL feeders can be equipped with a special device that measures the performance.
