Belt Conveyor KLC (KLT) for Horizontal Transport of Bulk and Piece Materials

Conveyor belt coil KLK (KLKT) is designed for transportation in the horizontal direction of bulk and lump materials, as well as piece goods in the metallurgical, mining, coal, elevator, cement, port industry, thermal and nuclear power plants, at hazardous production facilities, including hazardous gas and dust. Design features: belt conveyors of KLK (KLKT) type consist of three main parts: driving section, tensioning section and linear sections.

The coil conveyor can be driven along the rails by: a separate mobile carriage; a drive mounted on a wheel pair (or several wheel pairs) of the driving and tensioning stations; a winch; manually. The carrying and traction organ is a rubber-fibre belt, which has a smooth surface. The conveyor belt is supported by roller supports.
