Belt Feeder PL 1200/7500 for Consistent Coal Feeding in Grinding Systems

Reverse type belt feeders PL1200/7500 are designed for metered and uniform feeding of coal into coal grinding units (mills of ShBM, MMT, MVS types) in the systems of continuous dust preparation of thermal power plants, they are manufactured with right-handed belt and left-handed drive arrangement of scraper picker. The belt feeder of reverse type is installed between the raw coal hopper and the coal grinding mill. The transported material from the raw coal hopper goes to the conveyor belt, which is installed on drums and rollers inside the belt feeder body. As the conveyor belt moves towards the coal grinding mill, the material is unloaded into the unloading window and then enters the mill through the raw material flow. "Reversible type" - means that the design of the belt feeder has an additional window in the tension section for unloading the conveyed material bypassing the carbon grinding mill.
