Blizzard Cooler - Spiral Conveyor Cooling System for Automating Bakery Processes

The Blizzad cooler is a spiral conveyor cooling and freezing system designed to automate the transport, cooling or freezing of bakery and confectionery products. It has a simple and reliable construction and consists of: stainless steel frame; drum with plastic profile; grid guides with plastic profile; pin grid with stainless steel weave or plastic modules; grid drive system based on gearmotor and chain; grid pretensioning system. Different versions of these conveyors are possible: Straight, L-shaped, U-shaped.

All versions can have the direction of mesh rotation from bottom to top and from top to bottom. Grid width variants: 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 mm.One of the main advantages is high load capacity. The cooler can withstand restarting, fully loaded (up to 5 tonnes) with bakery products.

The cooler does not require lubrication of the grid or tape, soot-no reduced risks of violation of sanitary norms.
