Description

Conveyor belt mobile KLP- is designed to move grain and products of its processing at a distance of 31.5 m at an angle of 6 ° to 20 °. The conveyor is driven by a motor-reducer from the AC network with frequency 50 Hz, voltage 380 V. Conveyor KLP is a mobile transport device of continuous action with a working organ - conveyor belt moving on rollers.

The frame of the conveyor is a structure assembled from two separate sections of trusses, connected with each other by bolts M12x50. When the drive is switched on, the conveyor belt moves on rollers, transporting the product coming to it from the filling hopper. Product dumping takes place on the belt turning round the tension drum into the dumping head.
