The complex controls the movement of motor vehicles at intersections and highways, automatic photo-video recording of traffic violations (hereinafter - traffic rules), operational analysis of the traffic situation, processing and temporary storage of the received video data, transmission through standard ports of the formed information, which is the evidence base of the fact of violation of traffic rules and other information. The complex uses the principle of measuring vehicle parameters by video frames (video signal). According to the method of measuring vehicle parameters, the complex belongs to the group with the algorithm of vehicle tracking.
