Diagnostic System for Pipeline Valves - SEITRONIC SIR MD-10-2 for Condition Assessment

The system is designed to assess the technical condition of pipeline valves under operating conditions (without dismantling from the pipeline) and subsequent decision-making on the expediency of repair on the technical condition. It can be used for diagnostics of technical condition of wedge, parallel, double disc gate valves, ball valves DN 50...2000 mm, ?N up to 150 MPa. The system allows to carry out pneumatic tests of valves for tightness of the gate in accordance with GOST 33257-2015. The system can be used for diagnostic tests of valves without removal from the pipeline in oil and gas production industry; petrochemical industry; transport, pipeline systems; nuclear power industry, etc.
