Automatic Photo and Video Recording Complex "Yastreb M" for Traffic Control

The complex carries out control of motor transport movement at intersections and highways, automatic photo-video fixation of facts of violation of traffic rules (hereinafter - traffic rules), operative analysis of a road situation, processing and temporary storage of the received video data, transfer through standard ports of the formed information which is a proof base of the fact of violation of traffic rules and other information. The complex uses the principle of measuring vehicle parameters by video frames (video signal). According to the method of measuring vehicle parameters, the complex belongs to the group with the algorithm of vehicle tracking. The complex provides control over road traffic in continuous operation mode (24 hours 7 days a week). The complex is placed permanently on racks, supports and other structures.
