Automatic Control System "Kust-1" for Efficient Process Management

The automatic control system of "Kust-1" ACS (hereinafter referred to as ACS or system) is designed to ensure the specified modes of the technological process by controlling the technological parameters and issuing control actions on the actuators both automatically and as a result of operator's actions, and to determine emergency situations by interrogating the sensors connected to the control system, analysing measurement values and switching nodes to a safe state by issuing control actions on the actuators. Kust-1 is used at oil, gas and gas condensate production facilities as part of gas well tie-in modules. The control cabinets are located in the immediate vicinity of gas wells.
