Automated Testing Complex KPK-2 for Measuring Electrical Parameters in Aircraft

The control and testing complex KPK-2 is an automated system of control and measurement of electrical parameters of on-board radio equipment of aircraft. KPC-2 checks Doppler velocity and drift meters DISS-15(G, D), DISS-32, DISS-32-90(A), DISS-32-28, DISS-013-S2M. Technical means of PDA-2 operate under the control of system and application software installed on the industrial computer (PC). The user interface allows: <ul> <li>- enter passport data of the equipment under test;</li> <li>control the process of testing;</li> <li>save the results of the test in the database.</li> </ul>Hardware part of PDA-2 performs measurement of electrical parameters and formation of control actions. Realisation of the user interface and use of PC allows: <ul> <li>- accelerate the process of equipment inspection and testing,</li> <li>increase labour productivity,</li> <li>reduce the influence of human factor on the process and results of testing.</li> </ul>
