The fully automated Long Pasteurisation Bath (LPB) is designed for heating and/or cooling milk or cream, for the purpose of pasteurisation and/or preparation of fermented milk products.
From 2019, the Long Pasteurisation Baths are equipped with an electric cabinet with a touch panel.
