Autoclave units UAGV-G-1.6-2.0-2.0

UAGV-G autoclave (A) gas-phase (D) vacuum (C) - horizontal (D). It is intended for treatment of products and materials by overpressure or vacuum at elevated temperature in order to give them the specified physical and chemical properties in the processes, when conducting which excludes the increase in temperature and pressure above the calculated. The units are designed for thermal polymerisation and vulcanisation of products under pressure in nitrogen or air, for moulding of products from polymer composite materials, for vacuum-injection impregnation of anchors of traction motors of auxiliary electric machines, pole coils and other technical products. It is a horizontal tank (diameter 1600mm, length 2000mm, working pressure 2.0 MPa). It is completed with a rack vacuum system, nodes of water, nitrogen and air input, rack vacuum system, trolley with drive, rail track, chamber of heating of the bottom part of the case.
