Description
Analyser of sulphur compounds ASIS PRO is designed to work as a part of technological installations of desulphurisation based on the process of Claus. Measurement of H2S and SO2 concentration, calculation of "excess air ratio" is performed by the analyser ASIS PRO (version for desulphurisation plants).
The analyser is built according to a two-block layout: parts in contact with the sample are placed in one compartment and electronic boards and components in another.
A special feature of the analyser is the introduction of a steam-heated inlet unit, which avoids problems associated with sample cooling at the inlet of the instrument.
The optical scheme of the device is based on classical UV-photometry (UV-spectrometry), a special xenon lamp is used as an emission source.
A specialised separator is provided to remove particles, aerosol "mists" contained within the sample.
Electronic control of the device operation cycle is realised by means of modern PLC.
