Advanced Orthopedic Full Leg Apparatus for Enhanced Stability and Support

A full leg advanced, fixation, offloading apparatus. The femur, tibia and foot shoe sleeves are made of thermoplastic plastic; laminated plastic on the basis of laminating resin; carbon fibre reinforced plastic (the type of materials used depends on the patient's individual characteristics), according to an individual cast taking into account anatomical and functional features of the lower limb. The sleeves are connected to each other by special joints.

Knee joints with a locking mechanism, mechanically unlocked by a pull rod; without it. Ankle joints with adjustable; non-adjustable angle of flexion and extension, as well as the degree of resistance and support of the sagging foot. The device is manufactured with unilateral joints and splints (depending on the medical indications for a particular patient).

The apparatus is made with fastening elements that ensure reliable fixation of the product on the patient. The device is made according to an individual mould of the patient.
