Yttrium oxide for thin layer optics, TU 2611-037-48591565-2014 is white tablets of size 12-25*5-15 mm with density 3,5-5,0 g/cm3. Reacts with acids, insoluble in water.

Transparency area is 0.25-12 µm. Chemical formula Y2O3.

Recommended evaporation temperature 2300-2500 C. Purpose and scope of application: as a starting material for manufacturing thin-layer optical coatings by thermal and electron-beam evaporation in vacuum.

Product packing is carried out according to GOST 3885. Packing group III, IV, V.
