The hardware-software complex "TRAFFIC-SCANER-SM2" LSFR.201219.001 (hereinafter - COMPLEX) is designed for application on the street-road network of cities, settlements and motorways of all types for the purpose of photo-video fixation of traffic violations, including:
-exceeding the set speed in the control zone/road section;
- driving in a prohibited direction (reversing);
- driving in the oncoming traffic lane;
- driving in a public transport lane;
-driving on pavements;
-driving on the side of the road;
- not wearing seat belts.
COMPLEX allows to solve the following tasks:
-registration of all vehicles moving through the control zone with or without violations;
-automatic generation of evidence files on the facts of violations;
-temporary storage of the received data;
-transmission of information through standard ports;
-protection of data from unauthorised access.
