The chip crushing complex is designed for crushing of carbon and low-alloyed steel chips to the size not more than 50 mm. The crushed chips can be used in the production of ferroalloys or sent for briquetting.
The existing technological process of chip processing is structurally a system consisting of a conveyor, roller and hammer chip crushers. Double crushing in a roller crusher, followed by a hammer crusher, is necessary to obtain a homogeneous chip fraction.
After crushing the chips in the roller crusher, individual fragments reach 100-150 mm in length, after passing through the second, hammer crusher, the chips are crushed to a fraction of 20-50 mm.
The complex is delivered complete, on a frame, ready for installation and commissioning. It consists of the following main parts:
tearing machine;
hammer crusher;
belt conveyors;
power cabinet and control cabinet of the complex.
