Despite its small size, the RFM-200 moulding machine has a capacity of up to 5,400 bars per hour, with a working width of 200 mm. The prepared mass (fruit paste (or any other homogeneous, plastic product) mixed with various additives (crushed nuts, protein, rice balls, etc.) is loaded into the hopper of the moulding machine manually or automatically using a transport system.
Special pressure rollers in the hopper of the moulding machine fill the cells in the moulding drum with mass. The cells are made individually for each customer based on the size and shape of the final product.
Thus, the RFM-200 moulding machine works without scraps and rejects.
