Feeding of plugging material into mixing device of mixing unit US-50-8x8 is carried out by dosing screws. Ready mortar is pumped by cementing pump UNB into the averaging tank, where due to rotation of stirrers the mortar is brought to homogeneous composition throughout the volume.

The homogeneous solution is pumped from the averaging tank into the well by the pumping unit. Dosing augers of stirrers are driven by the vehicle engine.

For unloading the chassis of the vehicle when filling the averaging tank, the set of the installation includes unloading supportsThe features of the installation:Feeding plugging material into the mixing device is carried out by dosing augers.The ready solution is pumped by cementing pump UNB into the averaging tank, where due to the rotation of stirrers the solution is brought to a homogeneous composition throughout the volume.From the averaging tank homogeneous solution is pumped into the well by the pumping unit.
