The large size of the washing chamber allows to wash large-sized utensils: pots (pans) with diameter up to 65 cm and height up to 65 cm, gastronorms of all sizes (including GN 2/1) and any depth, transport containers, and when using additional accessories also trays, plates and trays, glasses and cups, cutlery and other kitchen equipment.
The machine has separate water circulation systems for washing and rinsing and can be operated with both hot and cold water supply. Automatic filling of the bathtub with water and maintaining its level.
