On the spread of the folder on the left side there is a sheet of A4 size paper, 300 g/m2, glossy, coated, 4+0 printing, with the image of the Kremlin embankment (the picture is submitted by the Customer), made by gold background printing (with margins on the contour of the sheet 5 mm), and the inscription in the upper part of the sheet in four lines (height of capital letters 5 mm; printed font), embossed with gold foil: Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation (line 1 - Federal, line length 41 mm; line 2 - Guard Service, line length 49 mm; line 3 - Russian, line length 37 mm; line 4 - Federation, line length 36 mm). The distance between the lines is 4 mm.
The inscription is made symmetrically to the vertical centre line of the sheet of paper at a distance of 14 mm from the upper edge of the sheet to the upper cut of the inscription.
