TVO pumps are the result of modernisation of OPV type pumps.
The purpose of modernisation is to replace obsolete units with modern high-tech components, which allows to increase the service life of the pump unit, reduce maintenance and repair costs. Both synchronous and asynchronous electric motors can be used as a drive, which takes the axial hydraulic load from the weight of the pump rotor.
In the upper part of the pump there is a thrust-radial bearing unit, in which a roller thrust-radial rolling bearing is installed, which accepts both axial and radial loads. The bearing is lubricated with liquid lubricant (oil bath).
Pump TVO:T - heavy; V - vertical; O - axial.
