The temperature recorder is an autonomous device, which, after setting the set values, measures the ambient air temperature with a user-defined periodicity, storing the data in the internal memory with reference to real time. The device has a highly economical microcontroller, temperature sensor, lithium battery and buffer memory. The components of the recorder are placed in a small hermetically sealed vibration-resistant disc case made of "food-grade" stainless steel.
