The nominal tank capacity determines the chiller model
The design of the chiller determines its type. Model M4-20000 is a closed type chiller of vertical design.
A distinctive feature of milk cooler model M4-20000 is the use of patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant margin of safety for high pressure, which is formed when working in the evaporator refrigerant.
