The milk cooler consists of a tank with evaporator, hatch, motor-reducer, electric cabinet with control panel and automatic washing, as well as
compressor-condenser unit.

The design of the chiller determines its type. Model M3-8000 is a closed type chiller of horizontal design. A distinctive feature of the milk cooler model M3-8000 is the use of patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant margin of safety for the high pressure that is formed when working in the evaporator refrigerant.
