The LG-150/40G-02 granulated ice maker is designed for production of granulated ice used for long-term cooling of fresh fish and meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, serving champagne and wines, decoration of dishes in hotels, bars and restaurants.
The ice maker has a high capacity of the ice maker - 150 kg/day with low water consumption - 1 litre, spacious hopper with a capacity of up to 40 kg. The material of manufacture is high quality stainless steel (except for the rear wall), ergonomic design - easily pushing inwards the door provides access to the ice bin.
The ice maker has a vertically orientated, fixed, sealed evaporator for ice freezing. The ice frozen inside the evaporator is cut by an auger driven by a gearmotor.
The ice, passing through the ice bushing, forms a pellet shape and falls into the hopper.
In case of switching off and switching on again, the operation of the ice maker starts by checking the water level in the tub.
