The gearbox with a constant mesh of gears, reversible, provides on any gear forward and backward movement, two-mode (working and transport modes) three-speed (a total of six gears). The box body is made of cast iron of ?h 20 grade.
To prevent spontaneous engagement of gears and gearbox reversal, there is a forced locking mechanism. To switch on the overdrive or underdrive gear there is a mechanism for switching on the multiplier.
The box has a mechanism for switching on (disconnecting) the front axle drive. Four shafts (drive, reverse, intermediate and multiplier) are installed in the housing.
Lubrication of the bearings of the upper shafts is carried out through axial and a number of radial holes, and the lower shafts by splashing. Spur gears are made of 25XGT alloy steel.
Housing bearings are installed in special cups and covers, which prevents wear and ensures maintainability. The warranty period is 1500 motor-hours.
