Electrochemical machine Sk-ECM450D is designed for deburring and rounding of sharp edges in parts made of conductive materials. Almost all metals can be processed, including structural steel and heat-resistant alloys.
Polishing operation is possible. Use of the machine is expedient for machining of various assemblies and parts of machines, tools, devices having complex construction or hard-to-reach places (internal intersections of surfaces, pockets, etc.), as well as in cases when it is necessary to carry out machining without changing physical and chemical properties of the surface layer of the product.
Due to the fact that electrochemical processing technology is a non-contact method, the surface of the part does not have thermal defects, riveting and microcracks. And the large working chamber and productive current source allow to process several parts at once.
