to survey the terrain before excavation works to locate pipes and cables;
to determine the route of metallic underground structures and the satellite of non-metallic gas pipelines;
to check the integrity of the waterproofing protective coating;
for tracing of many hidden linearly extended structures made of electrically conductive materials (electric cable, water pipeline, heating mains).

The set can be operated at temperatures from -20 to +40°? and relative humidity not more than 80% at 20°?.
