The ENKS-2 time correction units are designed to form and store the time scale synchronised by signals of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) with the national coordinated time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU) and the UTC world coordinated time scale, and for further transmission of date and time values in various formats, including network protocol formats.
Time correction units ENKS-2 can be used as: a source of accurate time as part of various automated systems, telemechanics systems, automated process control systems (APCS), automated dispatch control systems (ADCS), automated information-measuring systems of commercial electricity metering (AIIS KUE), transient monitoring systems; synchronisation device for various devices of lower, middle and upper levels; master clock in accordance with IEEE 1588.
