Professional gas cooker with cast iron cooking surface and oven is designed for cooking first, second and third dishes in a plate at catering and trade enterprises. The cooker is equipped with a gas leakage control system and can operate on both natural and liquefied gas. All burners have piezoelectric ignition.
The working temperature range in the griddle is 110-325 ° C, the set includes 2 stainless steel trays of 530x650x40 mm.
